What is your cancelation policy?

We have a Cancel Anytime Policy

That's why we offer a compassionate and flexible cancellation policy for our fall alert camera system where you have the flexibility to cancel your subscription with us at any time. However, please take note of the following terms and conditions for canceling your subscription:

 
30 Days' Notice

To initiate the cancellation process, you are required to provide a minimum of 30 days' notice. This means that your subscription will remain active for the 30-day notice period before being terminated. Upon cancellation, you must return all provided equipment in undamaged and working condition. 

Equipment Pickup

Our dedicated team will handle the uninstallation of equipment and its pickup. Please ensure that the equipment is easily accessible to our team on the agreed-upon date and time. Any damages to the equipment during removal may result in charges, so it's important to return it in its original condition.

  • Does not collect, store, or process any biometric data from our users.

  • Data is stored exclusively on the device itself. We do not utilize cloud storage for any user data.
